As you can imagine, managing an event with over 1,000 participants and guiding them safely from start to finish is a massive undertaking, and that’s just on the day itself.

Riding marshals – These helmeted knights will guide the riders from a to b to c, stopping at various junctions to sign point the route.
Land based marshals – Duties can include helping with parking in the High Street prior to the start, marshalling arriving bikes at the mid point and at the brewery.

Advertising – Once the route has been set, we always aim to get as many advertising posters in shop windows and in pubs along the way.
