Photo Upload Terms
To keep things fair and respectful, please read the following terms before uploading images
1 Ownership of Images
By uploading a photo you confirm that you took the photograph or have permission from the photographer to upload and share it.
3 No payment or compensation
Photos submitted are shared voluntarily. By uploading an image you agree that it may be used without payment or compensation
4 Consent of people in images
If identifiable individuals appear in the photo, you confirm that they would reasonably expect the image to be shared publicly or that you have their consent for it to be used.
5 Copyright
The copyright remains with the photographer. However, by uploading the image you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purposes described above.
7 Removal requests
If you are the photographer or appear in an image and would like it removed from future use, please contact us at nigelf@guildforddgr.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from future publications.
2 Permission to use images
By submitting a photo you grant permission to use the image on this website and in future promotional or marketing materials. This may include use in:
- The event website and galleries
- Social media channels
- Promotional material for future events
- Printed materials such as posters, brochures, or press coverage
Images may be used individually or as part of collections highlighting the event.
6 Content standards
Please only upload photos that are appropriate for a public audience. Images must not contain:
- Offensive or inappropriate content
- Material that infringes copyright or other rights
- Content that could reasonably cause offence or harm
We reserve the right to remove any images at our discretion.
